How do I make an appointment?

Every client needs to reserve their time slot, either by booking online or we’ll happily book you in if you call the salon. Getting in early means more chance of us being able to find a time and day that suits you best. We always endeavour to meet your needs whenever possible.

How do I know which treatments are right for me?

Our experts provide advice based on your specific needs so you can use all of our services effectively. Starting with a skin consultation is always an excellent idea.

When should I arrive?

Arriving five minutes before your appointment allows us to provide the greatest customer service. Please come in and lounge in the chair provided.

What if I'm late?

Arriving late simply means your treatment time is reduced and this affects the results. Your treatment will end on time as we respect all of our clients and know their time is valuable.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

We require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Changes to your appointment within 12 hours will be charged 50% of the value of all the services booked. Please give as much notice as possible, this allows us the opportunity to fill the gap. Think about it this way, it might be you one day looking for a last-minute appointment who we have to turn away. We can’t book a slot unless we know it’s vacant. From now on, we’ll be consistently enforcing this policy and we thank you for understanding.

What if I have special health conditions?

Please notify your therapist when booking or before commencement of your treatment if you have high blood pressure, allergies, physical ailments or if you’re pregnant. Then we’ll be able to prepare for your unique requirements.

How do I pay for my treatments?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and EFTPOS.

Can I buy a voucher?

Gift vouchers are available for all treatments or any value. We can even send it directly to the recipient on your behalf.

Terms & Conditions

Treatment Vouchers must be booked and used within 12 months of purchase. After 12 months, if the price of the service has increased, an additional amount will need to be paid at the time of booking. Once a Treatment Voucher has expired Allure Beauty is under no obligation to offer an extension; however, in exceptional circumstances, we assess such requests on a case-by-case basis. Expired vouchers are non-refundable in whole or in part. After a voucher has expired, it is no longer valid, and all transaction attempts will be declined. The expiry date is displayed on all Gift Vouchers.
